• No Private Credentials: We do not collect or request private keys, recovery phrases, or account logins.
• No Wallet Connections: We do not require you to connect a web3 wallet or sign a transaction/message to access diagnostic information.
• No Account Access or Remote Control: We never request remote desktop access, screen sharing, or device control.
• No Direct Support Impersonation: We do not act as an official support desk or customer care department for any wallet, exchange, or protocol.

Any standard technical data collected is used solely to:
